An out of work Louisiana Cajun sailor (played by Jean-Claude Van Damme) comes to the aid of a woman searching for her father. Upon finding that he fell victim to a bunch of people who like to hunt people (lead by Lance Henriksen) he gets mad and decides to get rid of them.
